Meet ReNEe

Renee Raizen holds master's degrees in both public health and family therapy.  She brings over 10 years of public health experience working in wellness, health education, and behavioral science to her practice.

Renee is trained in variety of modalities in both individual and couples therapy including Master trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Gottman Levels 1 and 2, Pragmatic Experiential Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, and Internal Family Systems. Renee utilizes data and research to inform her practice and considers the newest cutting edge therapy modalities to personalize therapy.

Renee’s approach to therapy is systemic, exploring the big picture of family life and its effects on each of us.  While using evidence-based practices to reach your goals, Renee believes that each of us is unique and that therapy should be tailored to your individual needs.  Therapy should be a safe and comfortable place to explore life’s challenges.
